Cravings, Itching and pain
 

Today I'm 18 days sober, by far this is the worst day since and I wanted to share this crap day with you. In the morning I slipped and hit my toe with the wall resulting in a fracture which will keep me 3 weeks from walking and jogging. This is hard for me as I built my sober day around a daily walk, this accident triggered my cravings and in the morning I went nuts. To upscale problems my eczema is killing me with itching...not my best day. At least I'm still sober.

Have you seen the Dr about the eczema again?
