Went and did a yoga class wow set my whole day up so full right now

Yoga rocks, good for you for going to class, Liss! That's my sanity (or at least diversion from insanity) at the moment: Yoga and AA.

Hi liss. I love yoga. It is the one thing I actually committed to aside from drinking. I really think it has made a huge difference in my life. From your previous posts, you have a lot on your plate. I hope you can find some more time to dedicate to yourself, and continue to feel peace.
