so last night i had a stomach ache and vomited and then a headache....

and a headache/general crap feeling all day.

it sucked, like REALLY bad. I blame the pork sandwich and/or coconut milk buns I ate in philly yesterday.(though they both tasted amazing)

but the thing is, I used to willingly choose to make myself feel bad like this fairly often.

what was I thinking???

I had this exact same thought. At one point of my drinking I was being sick every night! Since getting sober I got that norovirus thing and was really sick in the night. I felt awful and didn't get out of bed all day. But when I was drinking I'd repeatedly drag my arse to work to keep up appearances.

I hope you feel better! I would vomit from drinking or from Not drinking,.thats when I knew I needed help from my doctor and mental health professionals and My higher power!
