100 Days...Thank you.
Well, this is the longest I've been sober in my adult life. You can see my join date and how long it took me to put these together. Some weeks at a time but never a full three months and then some. I'm pretty proud of myself.
For those who are just starting out, it DOES get easier. Also, many improvements happen as the days add up--mentally and physically. My mind is less anxious, my skin clearer, my body less stressed. Waking up without a hangover NEVER gets old. So, if it is early days for you or you have had a recent relapse, please don't give up. You can do it as long as you don't stop trying.
I couldn't have done it without all of you and the support of this site.
I think I'll carry on with life--sober.

Big congrats on 100 days-that is a huge milestone! It's great you have found a plan that is working well. It does take a lot of tries before it sticks but when it does the feeling is one of relief and pride. Happy for you
