Back again . I used so back to day 1. This time I may have screwed up one good thing I had. I wasn't there and a friend needed me. Not sure if I can fix it. Every time though I come back I gain a little so I am building I am beating myself up good this morning and am growing tired of this. A good thing.

Keep getting up, dusting yourself off and start over again. Learn from what happened and try not to beat yourself up. You can do this - I did and so have so many others on this site. Let us know how things are going. Best of luck to you.

I lost so many friends due to drinking all I had left were my fellow alcoholic friends.
I hope you can patch things up with your friend. I've been there.
