Another monday,the start of the week and filling ok.
Got a lot of running about a bit,not 100% fit yet,legs still in banddage's and got doctors.


Partner still gone not the best of weekends,but got keep positve
I was layying there about 1am and thinking about what to say to me doctor,well im thinking if my liver has a rest can i start drinking again,but not as much what do u out thete think,i'm only 34 and with a stone of fluied om me belly and on water tabs i'm doing all the doctor asks and me belly is still swollen and its starting to get painfull,the appionttment is at 4pm

Manged to get some money later afyer me partner (who is an alcholic)left me friday and took the bank card and money heating ran out so cold all weekend,but i made it to today.
The drink thinking wouldn't let me sleep last night.

Hope you get some rest soon and a hot water bottle.
Maybe best to just keep off the drink presently .
Great on your sober time that's no easy trick, keep on.
