the missus wants to go see Silver Linings Playbook. About 6 weeks ago I discovered this movie theater near our house has a full bar. Then 4 weeks ago I quit drinking! D'Oh!
Sometimes i think my sobriety is being subconciously tested by my nearest and dearest Non ... just sayin '

Everyone sounds so productive this weekend. I am scrubbing my bathroom tile. My weekend has been tense. I am not playing well with others. I am sober but feeling kind of trapped in an angry situation.

Escapist.... I had a lazy weekend. All I did was cook and eat. I have to go on a diet.

I struggled more then usual this weekend with wanting to drink but a lot was going on. Happy to report didn't give in! My son did well in his robotics competition and I was happy to be there. I am beginning my school vacation break tomorrow and a little nervous about how to spend my time but kicking it off with a massage. I don't attend AA but may even hit a few local noon meetings to keep me in balance and keep me from locking myself in the house. Congratulations to all sober weekend warriors and thank you for all of the support!

Nonsensical I haven't caught up the thread through today, but your floor looked good as of yesterday. Hopefully that faulty wet saw didn't put you too far behind!
Today is day 22 for me. I can actually smell day 30 this coming weekend!
