New "hello"
 

Hello to all, just joined hope this site will help my recovery. I'v been sober for 5 weeks today and after being told you got 3-6 months to live u have to take action. 5weeks is the the longest i'v gone since i was 15 i am now 34:)

Thank u for ur sopporot guys, it was a sereal day when they told me it was like a kick in the ass hope uses are doing well its the hardest thing iv ever done

Does any one no how to change the time of your post its 11am here not 2 in the morningi no most of u i think are new commers.Beinging told you cant hav a beer again was like a death in the famliy now thats when you no uv got a problum

to change your time settings go to User CP (at the top of the page, on the left hand side of the big blue toolbar that runs across the top of the page)

scroll down to Edit Options on the drop down menu, then scroll down the page to Time and Date options :)
