This is my first post. I am new to this site. I am an alcoholic and addict that attends AA f2f and online AA mtgs. Just recently got addicted to muscle relaxers and am in a new world. I got addicted to Vicodin 10 yrs ago and that was hard core to get off. So, this is all new to me.

Thanks to all those of you that took time to welcome me. I have already met to very helpful gentlemen. I am married but hubby trusts me so there are no worries. It is nice to be somewhere where people can understand what you're going through. I feel like I am at home. I can't wait to meet new friends.

no we don't send you email - the only email I've ever gotten from SR is personal email from others, notifications of PMs, and a Happy Birthday message.
You will also receive emails notifying you of new posts if you subscribe to a particular thread
we currently have two weekly general chat meetings on Tuesday and Friday nights 9pm EST.

How long have you been attending AA meetings? Do you have a sponsor?
