Help I want to use!!!!!!
i dont know why or what brought it on but i want to use right now iam in the prosses of looking for a sponcer but no luck. and i dont really know the tools or anything. i just know i WANT and NEED to stop!!
Play it through. So what if you use. When I did? I was filled with remorse, shame, regret, etc. Did it fix anything? Nope, it just made me feel worse I didn't WANT to start all over again, as once (or twice) was way more than I was willing to go through.
I was a 24/7 crack addict, lived to get high. I'm coming up on 6 years in recovery and I can't begin to tell you how much my life has improved. Even when it's tough, as life is, I'm grateful that I'm getting through those rough times and am not doing anything I'm going to regret, later.
Hugs and prayers,
Amy

DON'T USE.
Take a look at this. http://www.na.org/admin/include/spaw...%20Booklet.pdf
it's NA literature, something called the White Booklet, get your hands on a copy of the Basic Text and read it. Your library should have it or you can get it an many NA meetings.
Give yourself a break, read the book. It was written by addicts like you and I. Even if you choose to eventually use a different recovery program, I think you will find solace reading the book. In early recovery I ran to it often when I was tempted. Hearing real words, from real addicts made all the difference to me.
YOU CAN DO THIS.
