Ups and downs

I had a really nice day yesterday. But just when I think things are looking up, I sink down lower than ever. Today is 2 weeks of sobriety for me. Does anyone have any advice on how to deal these ups and downs and how long it will last. I'm going crazy and feeling bi-polar.

It gets better. For me it was a slow process, but moods do change, they come and go - Just hang in there.
