I went to the cinema this morning with both children, lovely time. 15 year old son went out with his (she's not my girlfriend!) this afternoon and evening.

He's just come home and said hope you don't mind Mum, but I've ordered Indian meal to be delivered in next half hour and thought we could find a film on netflix.

How lovely! I'm so touched. Bye bye diet and night night SR peeps xx

Thats a treat to be savoured .. ballance in all areas of our lives is important imho .. the reason i want to eat healthy is so i can have the occasional treat .

Thanks all. Sorry freshstart, you'll have to pre-order next time, we shared a tikka starter and a chicken madras.

Netflix being what it is, we watched the 'newly' released Harrison Ford classic Air Force One. How we chuckled at the face pushing fights whilst half hanging out of the plane and the zip wire rescue at the end.

A super evening Proper bedtime now though. I can't handle the excitement!
