Ugh. Lately it's been bad. Same cycle every night. Go out for a drink and then 4 or 5 glasses of wine later. I'm tipsy and drunk Beautiful on the outside and falling apart inside. Hating myself. Shame. Regret. Same cycle. Need god to help me. Downward spiral I go. Coming here for hope, I know I'm not crazy. Mind just keeps telling me I am. - sleepless in miami.

I very much relate to the thread _ I don't miss xyz. Just now need to get there

Nice job starting out by opening up, it was nice to hear your story, you'll find tons like it here and hopefully something will strike a nerve! Do you have a plan in action to quit? Are you actually planning to quit altogether?
