I have been lurking here for about a month and finally registered today. I feel as though I know some of you already, so I figured it was time I put myself out here too 😊 ... sometimes it is hard for me to put myself "out there" so I guess this a good step! I will open up in my time I suppose...

This is my 35th sober day. Feeling good mostly! Today just feeling lazy and tired from a long work week so I decided to just take a day for me and eat, relax and have some quiet time. It helps me to do that!

I have learned so much from you all so far and I am looking forward to continuing this journey of self care and seeking support.....knowing now (finally) that I deserve it :-)

Thanks for all the wisdom I have already taken away from SR and hoping I can be of support for you all too someday soon!
