In recovery for Kratom, opiates, benzos... new here
Hi all...
I'm a 31-year-old guy, recovering addict, in California.... near Sacramento.
I'm currently just north of 30 days clean.... I'm in an intensive outpatient program at a local recovery center and it gave me my hope and my life back. I've started going to local NA and AA meetings for support.
Just wanted to say hi and see who's out here- I'm hoping this forum can be another way to have support. I've learned the hard way that I NEED support from others and to reach out and accept it - I definitely am one of those who tends to deal with loneliness by isolation. Truly insane!
I'd be happy to tell more of my story if anyone's interested.
Also, I've been asked if my name is a BDSM reference.... it's not.... It's the name of the title character of Inception!
Thanks,
Cobb

Big warm welcome
I had been sober 5 months when I found SR...I felt like I hit the jackpot. It was EXACTLY the extra support I needed.
I gotta commend you on seeking more support...action is vital in recovery.
