more lost then before
 

i first joined two-ish months ago when i was using benzos and opiates. i'm an addict and alcoholic too although i had quit hard drugs and alcohol in 2008. recently i've been drinking at least two bottles of champagne every night. i was managing life while just using benzos and opiates, although my kidneys are ******, but the alcohol causes so much rapid damage to my life.

been seeing a great guy after a long period of being afraid of dudes. i like this guy more every day but i'm pushing him away with alcohol and drugs.

Do you have an ideas? any plans on how to stop again?

support was very important to me - I can recommend our Class of February thread - there's a ton of support there?

are you open to the idea of other face to face support too, like seeing your Dr for help or checking out AA or some other recovery programme?
