Oh, yes.

scottydee1946 and awuh1 - thank you for articles.

I must say that maybe it explains the amount of "I worry about you" that I've heard during my ups and downs from the people that lived with me.

Very interesting...thanks for the info.
Id have to say I agree with that research with my own experiences. I believe that is why self care and forgiveness and learning to truly love oneself is crucial in any recovery program, whether it is through the steps or another way.

I know from attending a lot of meetings that I can tell how people are doing based on their body language. The bowed head, slumped shoulders, lack of eye contact, figgeting are all signs things are not well. The reverse is true as well
