Hello again!

Hey everybody.
I’m on day two. I did really well with not drinking, then got to convincing myself that I could moderate and … well, I can’t! I’m having that horrible feeling where all you want is a sugar fix and to lay in bed feeling terribly sorry for yourself! Gawd, what a mess.
On the plus side I’m onto day 14 of quitting smoking cold turkey, so that’s hopeful. I can’t poop right but I’m guessing after a while without smokes or drinking, I’ll be feeling pretty good!

Ahh - it seems that lots of people go through the thinking they can moderate. I haven't had a drink in 66 days and have had the sneaking feeling like I could have just one. I have not given it to it though and now reading your post will keep me strong at least for the next sneaking feeling.

Welcome back to Day 2 - keep moving forward!

Good to see you!

Congrats on staying stopped again!

Been there as well, all part of being on the right path in my opinion. Congrats on the smoking. Keep on keeping on bro. Be nice to your body, it's the only one you have. I got a juicer, helped to get my dietary functions on the right track.

Thanks for the encouragement :)

I really wish the first few days away, but in a sense I feel that they should be felt and acknowledged. Urgh!
