I was googling help for the third column on my 4th and came upon this so I thought I would check it out....by the way I asked my sponsor about the third column first and she ever so politely referred me to the book so I decided to Google instead lol. Have you ever read 'The Steps We Took' by Joe McQ? It breaks down step 4 into nice manageable chunks.

Strange that your sponsor just pointed you back to the book without giving you a better understanding of what it is you need to do there. Did you find it out, or do you still need help with that?
