Day 12 and completely depressed. I turned bright yellow and now I'm going to have to go to the Dr. and probably spend time in the hospital. It's embarrassing. I truly thought I could get through it on my own, but I don't want to die.

Sorry to hear about your health issue. But hang in there. Get to the doctor and don't push your luck.

I am feeling depressed as well after about 13 days so I know how you feel there.

Keep us posted on your health and hang around. Have you made it to an AA meeting etc?

I'm so sorry you're going through this - I hope this proves to be just a bump in the road and that the doctor(s) can help you recover quickly. You should feel good about having 12 days sober.... I'm sure that will help the healing process.

Hi bird congrats on day 2 as others have said get medical help. No need to be embarassed getting help when we need it is difficult for us but its what others do without much thinking.

Thank you everyone! I'll keep you posted on everything. It may not be right away, because I don't know if they have wifi. You're support is truly a blessing and I'm glad I found you all.

Talked to the Dr. today. He hasn't put me in the hospital, yet. He wants to run some tests first and I have an appointment with him on Friday. It makes me feel a little better knowing they aren't that worried. I'll keep you all posted.

turning yellow is a sign of jundice and should always been taken seriously. i would go straight to ER if that was me.
