For 99 days I have not woken up with anxiety or regrets. It is terribly liberating and I love my new life.

Thank you so much for all your support. You have helped to save me from continued pain and who knows what!

AngelBabe, this was such a lovely sentiment to wake up to, congrats on your 100 days too.

For anyone new to sobriety reading this, keep your eye on the prize. Most of the worries about what to say to people and how to socialise have disappeared. This is me, this is what I do and only I need to be ok with that.

I honestly thought I would be known as a red wine drinking crazy woman for the rest of my life at one point.

Here's to breaking old habits and keeping them broken.

100 days is a massive achievement.
Just think some people. alcoholics or not, will never be able to say that in their lifetime.
