Hi CF and welcome! There are two meeting chats per week for Al-Anon/Nar-Anon. It sounds like that is what you are looking for.

Monday night at 10 PM Eastern, 7 Pm pacific

Friday night at 9 pm eastern, 6 pm pacific

Please check out the NarAnon or AlAnon boards on this forum too. There's lots of support for you...and welcome again!!

First, if you know how, you should register under your own name, because then it is less confusing. If you don't know how then check with your mom later and just identify yourself each time you post like you did here, okay?

Maybe the Substance Abuse forum might help you, or Narcotics
Anonymous forum. People there understand what you are going through and will help you.
