SR top bar too large!

Hello!
Thanks for your feedback on the new navigational bar. As Dee mentioned, we designed this to help newbies and people accessing SR from their phones to be able to find what they need more easily.
As with any new addition, we're going to be testing how it performs and how people respond to it, and make changes accordingly. Thanks for your patience, and we appreciate your input!

I refreshed my page prob. 5 times thinking that my computer was messing up the webpage. I guess I was being hopeful that it was just a mistake on my screen 
Even as I type this reply all I can see is the HUGE bar. It is just a big blob

For what it's worth.. I went to access it on my phone to see what it was like, and because the font of the site is so small on my phone (Galaxy SIII), when I increased the size of the window or whatever, the banner also increased taking up a quarter of my phone screen and only showing the two happy people (red/yellow) and "Find Help" with no way to navigate using the banner, or to scroll over to see what else was there. I can send a screen shot if need be..

You know what, after a while no one will care any more, people naturally resist something different. I think it's good that you added it for a very positive reason. Thank you for adding so others could have better access to SR when they need it.

and to add, it's raining like crazy here and began about 7 pm, home group is at 7:30, but when the older gentleman with MANY years of continuous sobriety got out of his car about 7:15, the rain STOPPED and he walked carefree into the building, as he got in the building, the rain poured AGAIN!!!!!!!!!
I guess he's got some pull!
