Good day
 

Today is day4 and it's been good so far. No tears yet which is saying something. I have more energy and the excitement of starting this new life has replaced some of the guilt and shame. I think the weight lifted a little when I decided that I can't drink ever...not on my birthday, not on holidays. It's very freeing. Thanks for your kind words these past few days. I really needed them. :)
