I hope to say tomorrow that I have 24 hours. I was advised to stop drinking for 6 months. so far it has been really hard. I don't have any trouble at all in the daytime its a night time habit for me in front of the tv.

I think nights are worse for everyone, the days are easier, it's once you've had a full day at work, you get home and do the whole "I deserve a drink", "I need a drink", and you don't, to either. You deserve a better life, and you need to take care of yourself. :)

Hope you'll stick around, this site is great and you'll get tons of support and hopefully make a lot of new friends. :)

Nights are always bad for me too but I have found going for along walk and getting some dinner in my belly usually keeps my cravings at bay. After dinner I try to keep my mind engaged in something I like to do like drawing or reading. Hope you feel better and hope to see you on here tomorrow.
