Honesty and recovery

Honest to the extent of not causing injury to others and/or myself. By doing so I am trying to learn living skills better. Being truthful but kind. Allowing the process to work through patience and actions. Trying to accept certain things on deeper levels about myself and others. Promoting hope, motivation and tolerance. Please refer to me as just "newday".

Sincerely yours,
newday

Welcome, and I wholeheartedly agree with your statement.

Lying was second nature to me and I had to quite a turnabout to begin to manage my life in a healthy way.
