Hey guys - did pretty well for my first stint, lasted 2+ years and then last Friday decided to have a celebratory drink. Thankfully it ended there as I was sick to myself with remorse.

Spent the whole weekend re-reading posts, and happy to start over again on my path.

It tasted terrible, it felt terrible and nothing good came of it. I think if I wasn't part of this forum I probably would have thrown in the towel and said, "hell with it, might as well start up again".. But I have learned from reading here; to look back at what you have accomplished, don't dwell, and just start over again.

Happy to be back.
