I've inadvertently done the 1st step on my own. I've accepted that I'm powerless over alcohol, because it's an allergy and will kill me. I have no power over this murderer; it will kill me, and I've accepted that fact.

It's not an option. So freeing.......!

I'm 30 and I reach Day 4 tm, fingers crossed. I have also been going to meetings and I leave for my next one in 30 mins!
