My Name Was Bette - Documentary
Not sure if this has been posted before. It is a 7 minute trailer for an incredibly sad documentary about a woman named Bette who died of alcoholism. It is a real eye opener and I hope it helps any of you that are on the fence about getting sober.

There's an English one, Rain In My Heart available on Youtube, also quite sad, but it hit home for me, it's in ten 10-minute parts. This link is to part 1, the others should all be in the right hand sidebar once you log in to youtube:

Be warned. there are some pretty graphic scenes in this, it doesn't pull many punches...

After watching the Bette trailer the only thing I can say is that im so thankful that I have decided to put the bottle down and make that attempt to live a sober clean life....day 24 for me....
After watching the trailer I do NOT want to see the whole documentary. I know how it'll go and I don't want to subject myself to such misery and depression. I'm just glad I quit drinking when I did. Wouldn't want to put my family thru that.

Massive respect to the people in this documentary who allowed the cameras into their lives. I can relate to a lot in that film.
