once again

I'm new here once again. On my fourth day sober. I stopped in december for about ten days and decided to just drink two beers. That ended up being a long binge drunk that caused a lot of trouble and embarassment. I still feel guilty about everthing I did and said. Hopeing to stay on the wagon this time.

Good idea Tomb. What you were doing wasn't working for you. I did counseling, inpatient detox at a VA, some rehab, then joined here and AA. All that was two years ago and I recovered. That doesn't mean I can ever drink alcohol again, just that I won't. Looks like you may have turned the corner. When is your first meeting? They have them early morning, lunchtime, afternoons, and all hours of the evenings. Cluck on this link abpnd fill in you part of the area in and aroundvAtlanta for a list of all the meetings.
Alcoholics Anonymous
You can do this if you will.

I'm ending day 1 again. I quit back in June and to my surprise it wasn't all that hard and I felt great! Why the hell did I go back??? I honestly can't answer that question. On to day 2....
