I am on day 4 and also drank a bottle and if I'm honest probably a bottle and a half every single night. I love how I feel in the morning and have noticed that even this quickly my skin looks alot better - I was beginning to get that red flush on my cheeks along with looking puffy and bloated. Congrats!! you will feel so much better!!

Great decision. Since this is progressive, it will only escalate to a bottle and a half, to two bottles, etc. Early sobriety is tough so make a plan and once you reach the 90 day mark, it will slowly, but surely get easier.
