Weird Question....
This is my 3rd day and I am having charlie horses in my legs and feet - anyone ever experience that? It has actually woken me up....

Yeah - I have cerebral palsy so I get those anyway...I think they are pretty common in withdrawal tho...

they're not fun

Yes! I ached all over. Had cramp in my legs any toes. Woke me up too. Also had a shoulder pain in my left shoulder for a few weeks. My skin was also tender. It was all weird but eventually went.

It may be your body needing to rehydrate.

Don't forget to drink plenty of fluids. It helped me with those crazy night time leg cramps !
