I think its time to seek help

hello everyone im looking for advice i just want to turn my life around
I turned 21 this past October but ive been drinking since i was 15 and smoking cigarettes since the age of 11
I used to drink occasionally at high school parties and such but then it became something id do every time i got a hold of some money which was quite often as i have a very successful mother who is a lawyer.
well long story short i smoke 2 packs of cigarettes a day and ive been binge drinking (at least 3 40 ounce bottles of steel reserve 211 a night) for about 3 years and i mean literately every night i drink monday through sunday,
i am now at the point where i cant sleep if i dont drink.
ive recently started to binge eat after i drink so i have gained a considerable amount of weight.
I have a beautiful girlfriend who has stuck with me through all this and she urges me too seek help, she is very supportive and optimistic about it all; she believes in me and believes i can turn this all around.
and although thats great i have cheated on her countless times while drinking
i even cheated on her with her cousin
i hope she doesnt find out well anyway do any of you guys have any advice
im sorry if this post is hard to read as i am drunk while i typed this

any and all replys will be greatly appreciated

thank you all and god bless

Welcome

If you're drunk and want to change, you've found a good place to start.

Maybe you could begin by trying not to drink tomorrow, and call someone, maybe AA or a friend to help you get started?

And stay in touch with SR, lots of support available here.

Hopefully you'll remember that you posted here and check back for support.

If you want to stop, then is there difficulty in doing that? Do you experience any withdrawal symptoms? Anything preventing you from shaping up this area of your life, now that you feel you would like to stop drinking soon?

to the family! Start when you wake up tomorrow. Just don't drink for that day. If you feel the urge to drink, come here and post and read. Many of us have been in your shoes and are now living a sober life - you can too!
