i need help.
I am addicted to synthetic marijuana and i cant stop on my own and i dont know who to turn to. I dont Even know if NA can help. My friends that know i smoke call me stupid, my husband lets me do it bc at first it helped our marriage and now its making things worse.. Im 21 and its ruining my life. Is there anything that can help me????
Yes. The only requirement for membership is a desire to stop using. We do not care or even talk about specific drugs. The using of drugs is just a symptom of a problem within us. That is what needs to be addressed and the steps can set you free.
When you go to meetings, I advise focusing on similarities you have with other members, not what sets you apart. Listen when you are there and know that you never have to use drugs again. There is freedom. It takes some work up front but it will save your life and everything you care about.

I was scared of the withdraws from my drug of choice too. That excuse kept me using for years until I lost everything I cared about and had to face major legal consequences. That doesnt have to happen to you. Go to meetings and ask for help. Be ready to do what it takes to stay clean tho.
Owasso, population about 30,000?
There is probably a NA meeting. There may be a low-cost detox program nearby that you could go to for a few days. Maybe find an NA meeting in a big city just to see what it's like? I'm not sure what your local resources are.

Hi Chevy - welcome
I have no personal experience with spice but think most withdrawals are unpleasant - that's what keeps a lot of us drinking and using much longer than we want to.
I think there comes a time when we have to draw a line in the sand, grit our teeth and take what's coming in order to get back to kind of life we want to live.
You'll find a lot of support here
