In my dream, I had only had "1 or 2" beers, too.

It's like my rational brain was telling my AV "See, you piece of tripe? 1 or 2 will still send you down the spiral!"

I love my brain right now.

Isn't the relief of reality awesome? I just lay there and exhale and thank everything/everyone I can think of that it is just a dream. I feel like Dorothy waking up after escaping Oz.

HereIAm, I too have had similiar dreams. I hope it is the rational side of my brain reminding me just how bad it was.

I've had those dreams too. They usually hit when I'm feeling anxious about something.
The important thing to remember is that it was just a dream. You're ok!x

Ugh, yeah, relapse dreams stink.

But you wake up and realize it was JUST a dream, that's a relief.

i had a dream that i got violently sick after one drink around day 3 ( happy day 7 to me ! ) but it def was a reminder of wat is at the end of that road if i choose to relapse...
