bittersweet bliss

i am on day 6 and feel totally skitzo!!! i am at the point where when negative thoughts pop into my head i have to laugh out loud just to let any evil forces that try to attack me that they are hilarious.

* sits down at desk and begins to write a card*

insecurity, doubt, shame, regret, and fear :

i appreciate you stopping by and the lessons you have taught me.. but unfourtantly you guys have wore out your welcome. I will make sure i let confidence, self awarance, love, joy and determination that you stopped by.

I have schizo-affective disorder. Many alcoholics have a dual diagnosis.

I'll be here for a little while; it's too cold to go outside...

Schizophrenia was mentioned in our inspirational reading this morning:
