Day 12 sober and I feel GREAT

After feeling anxious and depressed for the past ten days, I woke up this morning to a glorious sunny day, feeling good. I'm back on a normal sleep schedule, eating properly and not missing my (former) best friend - Mr Johnnie Walker - at all.

I hope today is also a better day for everyone on this wonderful board.
