Please know that you are not alone. I have been exactly wher you are, though I only had one little angel. There is a way out, things can get better.... If don't if you know - the longer you are depressed and keep drinking the more depressed you will get. It only feels good for a while, possibly till you pass out. I have been sober for a little over a month this time, and it seems that my brain is not even MINE, my thinking is so very different. Please just try for today - for this hour - for this minute - and then do the same thing, and if you "fail" remember that you are here to learn. And start over - just start over, don't beat yourself up - it is done, you cannot change it. Just make this day better, and your angels and your husband will and do love you. Love yourself too, if only for them, for now.

Hi Everyone!!
Again, happy to report I survived my second biz trip without drinking!
!! I exercised and rented an in room movie and read another book on alcoholism during my down time. I'm feeling pretty good albeit a bit restless from time to time.
We're getting ready to head down to our boat in Tennessee for a weekend of waterskiing and kneeboarding :slider: - I'm really excited- the weather is supposed to be 88 and sunny!! Yeeha!
I am wishing for the best for all of you-I hope it is sunnyand warm wherever you are too!!

hi all,
things are great-just typing w/ one finger as i am holding sleeping 6 month old-quite spoiled he is-mommy's my former nanny-now i'm helping her out! she was a fantastic nanny-now i see why even more-nothing but the finest for those in her charge-and especially her son! funny, they're moving back here-her hubby is living w/us while they get situated-he's a COP!!!of all things-can't get in much trouble now!!
