Day 3
after a relapse and 4 day binge. Finally feel better. Hope this is my last Day 3. The rush of getting and staying sober (cuz it does excite me) always last a few weeks then I snap. I've been deleting people off Facebook that constantly post about partying. I think that is one of my triggers as I did that allll the time

Im on my day 3 as well!! And funny enough i just deactivated my Facebook.. Just so i dnt get destracted.. I replaced my fb time with SR time.. Lol and it has helped..

Happy 3 days ... We are in dis together ...

Great job both of you. I'm on day 34 and it hasn't been easy. But I'm making it. SR is a great place to come to for support and help. I'm greatful to have found this site. We are all in this journey 2gether.

Hey Cute I too love your screen name. For some reason it makes me want to clap my hands and happy dance...but anyway, have you thought about a plan for after a few weeks is up? If that's when you usually snap, then you may want to put some real practical strategies in place to be ready for that when it comes. You can push through and quit drinking for good. Then you wil be SuuuuperCuteNGayYay!!! Glad you're here. xo

Haha ur name sounds familiar.. but I lovvved your post haha. Ya I always fade off after a few days here.. I wanna get to know people here and at the AA meetings I go too cuz I do go to a few. Be more sociable with people I guess? :P I def need sober friends.

No !! Lol i deleted all social networks .. Fb.. Twitter.. Instagram.. Jack'd.. For me those are gateways to depression when i see how "perfect" everyone portrays there life to be.. On SR you guys keep it real and i can be honest.. Das all i need at the moment #word. Lol
