First time post.

I ran across this site last night, and thought it looked interesting. I'm almost 32 years alcohol and valium free. Still have issues from very abusive childhood, and am always open to new ideas. Hope to find posts I can relate to.

Hello soberon:

I began to walk away from alcohol and Valium in 1989. I treat my addictions and "ISMs" regularly at the tables of AA and NA.
It keeps getting better like the oldtimers said it would.

All the best.
