90days today!
 

I can't believe I'm finally doing it!, living a sober life. I've been working at this for 3 whole years and 89 days is previously my longest stretch of time. This time around though I actually made changes as far as people, places, routines go. I truly accepted that I am an alcoholic. And instead of running back to the bottle when emotions have come up I'm working thru them and learning its ok to have bad days or feel upset. Now I write about it in my journal or come here and post instead of drink. These past 90days would not have been possible without SR! Each day I continue to learn more about life and myself and look forward to continuing in this path. Sobriety is the best choice I have ever made.
