Dorris, I often catch you and my other UK distant relatives on the bookends of my sleep - when I'm not drinking I tend to stay up late and wake early. You too?

I hope you're feeling a little better. Sleep will come!
I fall asleep to xa-speakers.org and listen to alcoholics anonymous speakers while my cat curls up with me....I call it our "nite-nite story."

1:33 am in Wichita, KS, USA...I'm going through the same sleeplessness. It's weird though because if I really think about it a restless sober night is waaaay better than a "passed out sleep for a few hours wake up feeling like someone dumped a litter box in your mouth" drunk night
