Day 1
 

Hello to all,
Today is the first day of the rest of my life! I am so tired of substance after substance! It never seems to be enough, i kicked an opiate habit just to pick up a synthetic THC habit. Does anyone know the length of withdrawls from this crap?

Welcome to sr....I can't comment on your withdrawals as booze was my thing....You'll get a lot of support and great advice here....

No idea, but think of day 1 as :sparkler. It makes it easier to approach.

synthetic THC was after my time and I can't say I'm sorry for that - I've heard some pretty bad stories about people being messed up.

if today is day one, it might take a while, but I'm sure you'll feel better down the track.

I'm not sure if many Drs are up on this or not, but seeing a Dr probably couldn't hurt either :)

The synthetic stuff, we always called it fake weed, really doesn't have much withdrawal other than simply craving a high of some sort after quitting. Obviously if you experience something go to a Dr. and tell them the truth unfortunately most docs don't know much about this stuff as its new- really no one knows for sure about it.

Purely anecdotal: I know a lot of people who have smoked a lot of this stuff- a lot- and none have had physical withdrawal symptoms.

if by synthetic weed we're talking 'Spice' I can point you to threads where people did very much have withdrawal problems.

I think your friends were lucky Ohio.
