It IS scary but growing and overcoming things on your own without booze will give you confidence you can't even imagine. Hang in there!

All I can say is that I wish I'd quit when I was only 23. It shouldn't be too tough for you to do that. Your body probably hasn't been too badly damaged. See a doc. Get the booze out of your system. Get into some kind of program, AA or otherwise, where you can get support and tips from others in recovery. It takes work and determination but the rewards are fantastic! Just make up your mind that you don't want to keep living this way. Good luck.
