I hope it works for you and me too

I want to feel better every day and quit making every weekend about drinking, i am 44 and it is just getting worse all the time. I have gained a ton of weight and quit going to the gym. I am broke and i always say i can't afford to go out so i just stay at home and drink but that is bs and i know it. This is day one!
