58h16m in. Slept for 10 hours. Not feeling as panicked.

A beautiful sunrise on day 3. Funny how new years day represents day one for most people making new year resolutions. Symbolic rebirth I guess.

Must remember that each day is day one. Each with its own trials, pleasures and satisfactions.

Whilst each day moves me further away from the bottom of the pit, must remain vigilent or itll be day one again.

Good for you! Just one day at a time.
