De- house. I wish I had a million, no make that 100 million dollars. Go to meeting stay after and stack chairs/wash dishes. Go to SMART. See what activities there are at the local library. Volunteer. See a counsellor/doc/psychologist.
DO NOT DRINK- because that did not work.
