Probably cos we have never really faced it before?
Fear is always worse than the reality.
Its like learning to live again, learning new skills and coping mechanisms, also learning what makes us happy and content. Drugs and booze are an instant fix, its like putting a plaster on then jumping in the pool, it comes off.
There is a good life out there cos LOADS of people live it. We just have to figure out how.
Its an exciting journey into the unknown

Yep. It's all new. No crutches. I've been running since I was 14. Now 34. Learning new things, I'm so tired.

I have a good life. Just don't deal with it as I should. Inside my head is not good.
