Ok, so yesterday was super tough.
Today is a bit easier for some reason. Not sure why...
But, since I'm feeling a bit better today and posted on here yesterday, I figured I'd come back and share again.

Sharing about good days, bad days, ups
and down days is always good in recovery
because we never have to carry those
heavy and light burdens on our shoulders
by ourselves ever again.
There's always gonna be someone who has
experienced what you're going thru sometime
along the way and can relate.
Just like brushing our teeth everyday to
insure healthy dental hygiene, so does
not drinking each day reassures one to
not get drunk and hoping on that merry-
go-round of alcohol madness and craziness.

Ya know, today has been smooth.
I worked at the family restaurant and actually worked hard.
Tonight is promising- Chipotle with the brother then some games at home... Occupying my time...
Am alone right now and have had the chance to go the store and buy and drink (now or later), but haven't done that yet... Am kind of proud of myself.
