Today I am grateful that the Y doesn't have cameras hidden in Zumba class. After class I picked up the kids from childcare and they said when they were outside playing they saw me dancing, and then they cracked up.

Apparently sobriety has not improved my dance moves!!!!

OK- this **** happened. I was in yoga class couple of years back. It was right after lunch, we did a stretch and a guy ripped a crazy fart by accident. I thought I would have to leave I was laughing so hard. Life is cool.

It is a great workout, and hysterical. The good thing is I was not the only one with Elaine like moves!! You should definitely try it.

Ohhh Stepping and zumba is not a good mix!

The girls I used to work with tried and tried and it was a HECK NO every time!

But I decided to try yoga instead with another group of girls at work (you know trying to break the isolation)...well each night was a different themed yoga..being new to yoga I had no idea at that time there were different kinds...Friday night class was called "free movement"....well the instructor turned on the hip hop music and I wanted to cry. I am not kidding you girl I just stood there for like 20 minutes!!!! WORST!!!!!!!!!!!! UGHHHHHHH!!!!!!!!! I can laugh about it now but doing that already worried (because I was a hungover anxiety ridden mess) made things A MILLION TIMES WORSE!
